DELIVER Asia 2026 elevates Retail and Supply Chain

DELIVER Asia 2026 Elevates Retail and Supply Chain Collaboration in Singapore.

DELIVER Asia 2026, held on 4 – 5 March, brought together 315 senior retail, commerce and supply chain leaders in Singapore, creating a highly focused environment for strategic collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region.

Hosted at the Suntec Convention Centre, the event welcomed decision-makers from leading international and regional brands including GSK, Google, Amazon, Adidas, Unilever, 7-Eleven, Sephora, Nespresso, Estée Lauder, UNIQLO, Nestlé and Mastercard, reflecting the scale and diversity of the Asia-Pacific retail and supply chain ecosystem.

At the core of the event, DELIVER’s signature matchmaking model delivered 930 one-to-one meetings, connecting retailers with solution providers including DP World, DHL Supply Chain, Amazon Shipping, Geek+, Dragonfly, Kardex and many more, in a highly structured and results-driven format. Each meeting was aligned to active business needs, enabling focused discussions and accelerating collaboration across logistics, fulfilment and technology.

Insight into a Rapidly Evolving Retail Landscape
Running alongside the meetings programme, the conference content explored the key shifts shaping retail and logistics across the region, including AI-driven operations, automation in fulfilment, omnichannel execution and cross-border trade complexity.

Recommerce also emerged as a key growth area, highlighting evolving consumer behaviour across Asia-Pacific. “Re-commerce is not a trend. It is set to grow three times faster than traditional retail in the coming years,” said Vishal Salunkhe, Vice President at Carousell Group.

The keynote stage featured senior leaders including Karen Chan, Chief Customer Officer at FairPrice Group; Vishal Salunkhe, Vice President at Carousell Group; and Anirudh Likhite, SVP Supply Chain & Procurement at Pilgrim, offering practical perspectives on navigating growth and complexity across Asia-Pacific markets.

Beyond the keynote sessions, the programme placed a strong emphasis on real-world application, with logistics and technology partners sharing case studies on fulfilment innovation, global distribution strategies and next-generation infrastructure. Interactive roundtables provided a closed-door setting for senior leaders to exchange perspectives on shared challenges, from AI and automation adoption to cross-border collaboration and operational resilience.

Moments That Strengthened Industry Connection

DELIVER Asia extended beyond meetings and conference sessions, creating a series of high-value experiences designed to facilitate stronger relationships across the community.

The event opened with the Elite Dinner, where over 50 senior executives gathered for an evening of engaging conversation, shared insight and high-level networking in a relaxed and intimate environment, setting the tone for the days ahead.

A standout moment of the event was the DELIVER Vendor Awards, recognising companies delivering measurable innovation and impact across the retail and supply chain ecosystem. Exclusively voted for by attending retailers, this year’s winners included Kardex (Game Changer Award), DP World (Customer Experience Award), Bring (Sustainability Award), DHL Supply Chain (Brand Excellence Award), and Pando AI (Rising Star).

The Women in Retail Breakfast, hosted by Jessica Meyer, General Manager – Strategy & Planning at Swire Coca-Cola, and introduced for the first time in Asia, brought together senior leaders for a focused and high-value morning of connection and discussion. The session created a dedicated space for open and insightful conversations on how women in retail are navigating leadership with resilience, building visibility and influence, leading with purpose, and accelerating career growth in an increasingly complex and fast-moving industry. Bringing together both leaders and allies, the breakfast brought meaningful dialogue around inclusion, confidence and the future of leadership across the retail and supply chain ecosystem.

“The Elite Dinner, the Women in Retail Breakfast, and the curated format really made it easier to move beyond small talk and into real conversations with operators across retail, supply chain, and technology,” said Shinta Yanirma, VP Operations and Strategy, Luxehouze.

The Networking Reception brought the first day to a close, with attendees continuing conversations in a more informal setting. Food, drinks and live entertainment created a vibrant atmosphere, allowing relationships formed during meetings to develop further.

Building on the strong momentum of the 2026 edition, DELIVER Asia will return to Singapore on 3–4 March 2027 at Resorts World Sentosa, marking a new chapter for the event with an enhanced, five-star experience for the region’s most senior retail and supply chain leaders.

Stéphane Tomczak, Founder and CEO of DELIVER, commented, “As DELIVER Asia continues to grow, so too does the ambition of the experience we create for our community. Moving to Resorts World Sentosa next year allows us to elevate every aspect of the event, from the environment to the quality of interactions, while staying true to what makes DELIVER unique: meaningful connections, high-level content and real business outcomes.”
