NEOS and Infor partner to strengthen Supply Chain resilience

NEOS by Argon & Co and Infor Partner to Strengthen Supply Chain Resilience Across Key Asia Pacific Markets

NEOS joins the Infor Partner Network, expanding the ability to deliver warehousing and supply chain solutions across Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Southeast Asia

NEOS by Argon & Co, a specialist supply chain consulting and systems integration firm, today announced that it has joined the Infor Partner Network. Together, Infor, the industry cloud complete company, and NEOS by Argon & Co. will  aim to help organisations across Australia, New Zealand, Japan and key Southeast Asian markets build smarter, more productive operations.

The partnership will expand the delivery of Infor’s warehousing and supply chain solutions in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, with a focus on retail, FMCG, food and beverage, third-party logistics and distribution.

As part of the Infor Partner Network (IPN), NEOS will manage the complete sales, implementation and support lifecycle for Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS), combining Argon & Co’s market-leading business transformation and systems integration expertise with Infor’s cloud-native warehouse management technology and deep supply chain and operational expertise.

Luke Tomkin, Partner and NEOS APAC Lead at Argon & Co, said: “Many organisations invest in warehouse technology expecting it to transform performance, but the software alone cannot deliver that outcome. The strongest results come when technology is designed around how the warehouse operates, integrated with the wider supply chain and supported by the right processes and people.

“This partnership combines Infor’s advanced WMS capabilities with NEOS’ practical supply chain and implementation expertise to help clients achieve measurable, lasting improvements in supply chain performance,” added Tomkin.

“Local channel partners are central to our growth strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific region,” said Geoff Thomas, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan, Infor.

“NEOS by Argon & Co brings supply chain expertise and implementation capability, making them a great partner to help organisations modernise their warehouse operations.

“Our portfolio of Agentic Orchestration, process mining and industry automation helps customers get practical innovation embedded in day-to-day processes, not just a technology refresh. As demand for modern warehouse management capabilities continues to grow across the region, we’re committed to partners who understand supply chain planning, manufacturing and distribution on the ground,” Thomas said.

Through the partnership, customers will gain access to a locally based, certified implementation partner with extensive supply chain experience, reducing deployment risk, accelerating time to value and supporting long-term supply chain resilience.
